The publication 'paths of mediation in Bosnia and Herzegovina' is among first attempts to speak up about mediation at one place and in a certain moment of time enlightening this phenomenon from many perspectives. It is a paper which professional community in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH) has been lacking as of the moment the Law was adopted. The major significance belongs to the attempt that consumers of the justice system are provided with as many methods of conflict resolution as possible, which was one of the concluding remarks of this paper. This paper, in addition to practical and legal analysis of mediation, emphasizes some of general problems in the judiciary of BiH, but also the future of mediation and strategies of its implementation.
