Two resolutions Offered by the Rev. Mr. Young, which were referred to the Committee on Education, and are are printed on page 28 of the Journal. A resolution proposed by Mr. Ladson in relation to the appointment Of a Committee, to consider the best mode Of providing for the relief of aged and infirm Clergymen. (see page 31 Of the Journal.) A motion for the adoption Of a new Rule of Order, in relation to the order in which the Bishop'shall vote, which motion will be found recorded on page 34 of the printed Journal.
