The membership of this Association shall consist of active and honorary members. Sec. 2. The active membership of this Association shall consist of public school teachers and public school superintendents. The term public school teachers is interpreted to mean all teachers employed in schools supported wholly or in part by public funds be said funds State, parish or city. Sec. 3. Honorary membership shall consist of State and parish officers and private school teachers and such other individuals as the Association may elect.
