Twent -four new Fellows have been elected, and two, who were elected int eprevious year, have paid their subsori tions, making an addition of twenty-six 0 Fellows. One oreigu Member has also been elected. On the o er hand, the diminution which the Society has sustained from deaths is twenty-two, and by amounting to twenty-nine; and two Fellows have defaulters; and by deducting one non-resident Fellow, who was considered in 1855 as deceased in error, it makes a decrease of thirt ordinary Fellows.
