This copy has been exactly followed in every fubiequent edition, ex cept that printed in Ireland by George F alkener the editor of which, fuppofin the Dean to be fictions when he mentioned the corruption: of ates, and yet finding them unaltered, thought fit to alter them himklf; there is however fcarce one of thefe alte rations in which he has not committed a blunder: tho' while he thus bufy in defacing the parts that were perfea, he Mend the accidental blemilhes of others to remain.
