L école doit apprendre à changer et adopter de nouveaux modes d acquisition de connaissances. Il est urgent que les établissements scolaires puissent utiliser des logiciels et des matériels numériques de qualité. Les enseignants -- et les élèves -- doivent devenir des utilisateurs judicieux et bien informés des TIC. L environnement de l école doit être totalement adapté à l utilisation des ces technologies et les enseignants doivent pouvoir bénéficier de l aide et des conseils d experts dans ce domaine en évolution rapide.
