CONCERNING THE PRINTING AND PUBLISHING OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF WINNETKA, OF 1915. The Council of the Village of Winnetka do ordain: Section 1. That the general ordinances of the Village of Winnetka as amended, consolidated, revised and codified in Chapters and Sections by Frederick Dickinson, Village Attorney, be and the same are hereby adopted and ordered printed and published in book or pamphlet form, by authority of the Council of the Village of Winnetka, with an appropriate index and appendix. Said ordinances when printed and published, with an appropriate index and appendix, in book or pamphlet form, shall be entitled and known as the Municipal Code Of The Village Of Winnetka, 1915, and shall include all the general ordinances of the Village of Winnetka in force at the time of the passage of this ordinance. Upon the title page of such book or pamphlet shall be printed the words, printed And Published By Authority Of The Council Of The Village Of Winnetka. The said book or pamphlet when so published shall be received as evidence of the passage, approval, legal publication and taking effect of the said ordinances, upon the respective dates mentioned on the title page of such book or pamphlet, in all courts or oiher proceedings, without further proof.
