Ce manuscrit recense 107 fiches sur les médicaments d’exception. Elles sont classées par ordre alphabétique de leur nom commercial existant à la date de parution. Ces fiches ont pour objectif d'assurer un contrôle et une délivrance adaptée à chaque patient. Dans chacune d’elles, se trouve les indications ouvrant droit à la prise en charge par l'assurance maladie, ainsi que les possibles restrictions de prescription. L'objectif des autorités sanitaires étant de "maintenir un niveau élevé de protection de la santé pour la population", la réglementation encadrant la délivrance des médicaments est de plus en plus adaptée à leur dangerosité. La classification des médicaments à prescription restreinte émane d'une décision de santé publique à la différence des médicaments d'exception qui relèvent eux d'un enjeu économique (coût élevé). A l'officine, les médicaments à prescription restreinte regroupent les médicaments à prescription initiale hospitalière et ceux soumis à surveillance particulière, leur prescription pouvant être réservée à certains spécialistes. Les données de pharmacovigilance ont un impact évident sur la réglementation des médicaments à prescription restreinte, elles illustrent l'intérêt d'en effectuer une délivrance adéquate (ex : Roaccutane®). En outre, le passage d'un médicament réservé à l'usage hospitalier dans la catégorie des médicaments à prescription initiale hospitalière et à surveillance particulière a pour objectif de faciliter l'accès à certains médicaments tout en assurant la sécurité des patients. Par ailleurs, un questionnaire soumis à des pharmaciens grenoblois nous a permis de mieux cerner leurs attentes en terme d'aide à la délivrance de ces médicaments à statut particulier. Parmi les outils actuellement disponibles, les " supports papier " présentent l'inconvénient d'être figés et leur compilation méthodique est difficile ; ceci explique l'intérêt de l'informatique avec accès à Internet. Dans l'attente d'une modernisation imminente des officines (Internet au comptoir), notre choix s'oriente vers un support " alternatif " : un livret guidant toutes les étapes de la délivrance et dont les mises à jour sont disponibles sur Internet

ADHD is a highly comorbid disorder in patients with substance use disorders (SUD). This comorbid patient population is, however, often undertreated.
