Introduction. Les sujets âgés atteints d'un cancer sont plus à risque d'infections sévères grippe/pneumocoque avec une majoration du nombre d'hospitalisations et de la mortalité par rapport à une population en bonne santé. Bien que la vaccination contre la grippe et le pneumocoque soit recommandée, le taux de vaccination parmi ces patients atteints d'un cancer est faible. Objectif. Évaluer les attentes et besoins des médecins généralistes afin d'améliorer la couverture vaccinale contre la grippe et le pneumocoque chez les personnes âgées de plus de 75 ans atteintes d'un cancer (ainsi que la prévalence de la couverture vaccinale, les facteurs explicatifs de la non-vaccination et les attentes des médecins référents du cancer). Matériel et méthodes. Étude épidémiologique transversale avec inclusion prospective dans un centre hospitalier universitaire à Nîmes. Plus de 100 patients âgés de plus de 75 ans avec un cancer évolutif (tumeur solide ou hémopathie, traité ou non) étaient inclus avec leur consentement. Nous avons recueilli leurs caractéristiques sociodémographiques et liées au cancer, leurs comorbidités, des paramètres gériatriques, leur statut vaccinal contre la grippe et le pneumocoque, les attentes et besoins de leurs médecins généralistes et de leurs médecins référents du cancer pour améliorer la couverture vaccinale. Résultats. Du 14 novembre 2016 au 31 mai 2017, 110 patients ont été inclus et 81 médecins généralistes ont été interrogés. La prévalence de la couverture vaccinale contre la grippe et le pneumocoque était de 11.8% (57.9% pour la grippe et 6.6% pour le pneumocoque). 98% des médecins généralistes interrogés se déclaraient favorables à la vaccination, le cancer ne constituant pas un frein à la vaccination pour >95% d'entre eux. Les freins à la vaccination étaient multiples, avec notamment le refus des patients, la peur des effets secondaires, l'oubli de la réalisation de la vaccination anti-pneumococcique, la non connaissance de l'éligibilité du patient à la vaccination anti-pneumococcique. Pour 30% des médecins généralistes, une information aux professionnels de santé en provenance des spécialistes (médecin référent cancer, gériatre) pourrait contribuer à améliorer le nombre de vaccinations. Une information aux patients semblerait également contribuer à cela pour >40% d'entre eux (via les professionnels de santé et la CPAM). La seule caractéristique influençant la couverture vaccinale était la date du diagnostic du cancer (p=0.0354) : un diagnostic datant 1 an favorisait la vaccination. Conclusion. Le taux de couverture vaccinale contre la grippe et le pneumocoque chez les personnes âgées atteintes d'un cancer demeure sous-optimal. Différentes solutions sont à envisager par les médecins généralistes pour améliorer la couverture vaccinale.

Popular and multimodal forms of cultural products are becoming increasingly visible within translation studies research. Interest in translation and music, however, has so far been relatively limited, mainly because translation of musical material has been considered somewhat outside the limits of translation studies, as traditionally conceived. Difficulties associated with issues such as the 'musicality' of lyrics, the fuzzy boundaries between translation, adaptation and rewriting, and the pervasiveness of covert or unacknowledged translations of musical elements in a variety of settings have generally limited the research in this area to overt and canonized translations such as those done for the opera. Yet the intersection of translation and music can be a fascinating field to explore, and one which can enrich our understanding of what translation is and how it relates to other forms of expression. This special issue is an attempt to open up the field of translation and music to a wider audience within translation studies, and to an extent, within musicology and cultural studies.
