Book Description
Electric vehicles (EVs) are being introduced to lessen greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, air pollution, and reliance on fossil fuels. As a result of the government's aggressive promotion of EVs and rising environmental consciousness, EVs are quickly rising to the top of the low-carbon transportation market. Several viewpoints suggested that shifting to electric vehicles has been seen as a potential way to achieve sustainable mobility. Nevertheless, many studies discussed the obstacles and hurdles that obstruct the embracing of various electric-mobility (E-mobility) as EVs and electric-scooters (E-scooters) as eco-friendly means. Herein, we discussed these hurdles and determined them through surveys for prior studies. Therefore, appraising these hurdles is the objective of our study. Best Holistic Adaptable Ranking of Attributes Technique – version 2 (BHARAT -v2) as a novel Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) technique is leveraged as an appraiser technique for these hurdles. Tree Soft (TrS) methodology is utilized for modeling these hurdles. Hence, we hybridized and integrated two methodologies for constructing BHARAT v2 Tree Soft (Bv2TrS) as an appraiser model. Subsequently, we discussed the findings of the Bv2TrS appraiser model.

Book Description
Because of the advancements in technology, classification learning has become an essential activity in today's environment. Unfortunately, through the classification process, we noticed that the classifiers are unable to deal with the imbalanced data, which indicates there are many more instances (majority instances) in one class than in another. Identifying an appropriate classifier among the various candidates is a time-consuming and complex effort. Improper selection can hinder the classification model's ability to provide the right outcomes. Also, this operation requires preference among a set of alternatives by a set of criteria. Hence, multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methodology is the appropriate methodology can deploy in this problem. Accordingly, we applied MCDM and supported it through harnessing neurotrophic theory as motivators in uncertainty circumstances. Single value Neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) are applied as branch of Neutrosophic theory for evaluating and ranks classifiers and allows experts to select the best classifier So, to select the best classifier (alternative), we use MCDM method called Multi- Attributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis (MAIRAC) and the criteria weight calculation method called Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) where these methods consider single-value neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) to improve and boost these techniques in uncertain scenarios. All these methods are applied after modeling criteria and its sub-criteria through a novel technique is Tree Soft Sets (TrSS). Ultimately, the findings of leveraging these techniques indicated that the hybrid multi-criteria meta-learner (HML)-based classifier is the best classifier compared to the other compared models.

Book Description
Currently, numerous spheres now face a wider range of needs due to the increasingly competitive and globalized global market. Moreover, digital technologies are necessary for analysis and comprehension in many sectors of contemporary society. For instance, Internet of Things (IoT) has the potential to revolutionize livestock management, including the dairy cattle industry, by providing real-time data and enabling data-driven decisions to improve animal welfare, increase productivity, and promote sustainable farming practices. The main components of IoT-enabled livestock management include sensors, communication systems, data storage, and analysis systems. These components of IoT-enabled livestock management improve animal welfare, increase productivity, and reduce environmental impact. As well as promoting sustainable farming practices through using of precision farming methods, early illness detection, prevention, and improved animal reproduction and breeding. Given the importance of leveraging IoT in livestock, this study examines and categorizes IoTs’ applications based on their functionalities and objectives. Thus, this process has been conducted by identifying criteria or factors that are important for evaluating the effectiveness of IoT applications. To serve the study’s objectives, we are harnessing various techniques. Firstly, we are modeling the identified IoTs applications’ criteria into levels that encompass a set of nodes by utilizing Tree Soft Technique (TrST). Secondly, Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) techniques are utilized for certain roles as criteria importance through inter-criteria correlation (CRITIC) for analyzing identified criteria and determining weights for them. These weights are leveraged in another technique of MCDM in this study for ranking IoT applications entailed in TOmada de Decisao Interativa Multicriterio (TODIM). The utilized techniques operate within the sovereignty of neutrosophic theory for supporting these techniques in uncertain situations and when treated with incomplete data.

Book Description
Graph theory is a specific concept that has numerous applications throughout many industries. Despite the advancement of this technique, graph theory can still yield ambiguous and imprecise results. In order to cut down on these indeterminate factors, neutrosophic logic has emerged as an applicable solution that is gaining significant attention in solving many real-life decision-making problems that involve uncertainty, impreciseness, vagueness, incompleteness, inconsistency, and indeterminacy. However, empirical research on this specific graph set is lacking. Neutrosophic Graph Theory and Algorithms is a collection of innovative research on the methods and applications of neutrosophic sets and logic within various fields including systems analysis, economics, and transportation. While highlighting topics including linear programming, decision-making methods, and homomorphism, this book is ideally designed for programmers, researchers, data scientists, mathematicians, designers, educators, researchers, academicians, and students seeking current research on the various methods and applications of graph theory.

Book Description
Neutrosophic Statistics means statistical analysis of population or sample that has indeterminate (imprecise, ambiguous, vague, incomplete, unknown) data. For example, the population or sample size might not be exactly determinate because of some individuals that partially belong to the population or sample, and partially they do not belong, or individuals whose appurtenance is completely unknown. Also, there are population or sample individuals whose data could be indeterminate. In this book, we develop the 1995 notion of neutrosophic statistics. We present various practical examples. It is possible to define the neutrosophic statistics in many ways, because there are various types of indeterminacies, depending on the problem to solve.
