Les troubles de la pragmatique et du comportement exécutif figurent parmi les séquelles les plus invalidantes chez les sujets cérébrolésés car ils ne parviennent plus à adapter leur comportement en fonction des exigences environnementales. Ces troubles nuisent aussi bien à leur réinsertion familiale, sociale, que professionnelle. L'évaluation de ces troubles est primordiale pour cerner au mieux les difficultés du patient et proposer une prise ne charge adaptée. A ce jour, il existe des outils permettant d'évaluer les difficultés pragmatiques du patient cérébrolésé en situation individuelle et des outils s'intéressant au comportement exécutif utilisés hors contexte de communication. Or, à notre connaissance, aucun des outils existants ne permet d'objectiver des troubles à la fois pragmatiques et dyexécutifs comportementaux au cours d'une situation écologique de groupe ; ces différents troubles semblent pourtant souvent liés entre eux. C'est pourquoi nous avons participé à l'élaboration d'un outil qui permettait l'évaluation de tels comportements, lorsque le sujet cérébrolésé interagit dans un groupe. L'utilisation de cet outil s'effectue selon deux niveaux : un niveau descriptif où les comportements verbaux et non verbaux du patient sont recensés et décrits, et un niveau interprétatif, où ces comportements sont interprétés, d'un point de vue neuropsychologique. Avec cet outil, nous avons évalué 3 patients réalisant un travail en commun, au cours d'une séance de rééducation de groupes des fonctions supérieures. Nous avons étudié la validité de l'outil en confrontant les données obtenues à ce dernier à celles obtenues à des tests de référence, l'ISDC (évaluant les troubles dysexécutifs comportementaux) et le PFIC (évaluant les troubles de la pragmatique).
