C) Fifteen days notice necessary 4. N tice of meeting. (a Posted in three public places in the district. (b; Posted fifteen days before date of meeting. (0) State the day, hour, and place of meeting. 5. Qualifications of voters at district meetings a) The voter (man or woman) must be twenty one years of age.
