Cette recherche, d'inspiration qualitative et interprétativiste, s'intéresse à la diversité des représentations dont fait l'objet la RSE, Responsabilité Sociale de l'Entreprise, et à la façon dont ce concept contribue à la création de sens dans les organisations, en particulier pour les salariés. Cette recherche a un double objectif : d'une part, comprendre en profondeur les contenus des Représentations Sociales des salariés sur la RSE (définitions, opinions, images, associations d'idées); d'autre part, mettre en évidence l'influence du contexte social des salariés sur la formation et les contenus de ces représentations de la RSE.L'étude se déroule au sein de la même entreprise, le Groupe Danone, multinationale agro-alimentaire, dans 3 filiales pays différentes : la France, le Mexique, la Pologne. La population est majoritairement issue de la fonction Marketing. Les données sont recueillies, en anglais et en français, par entretiens approfondis auprès de 49 salariés sur les 3 pays. Les discours des salariés sont analysés par analyse de contenu, avec l'appui du logiciel NVivo9, inspiré de la Théorie enracinée.Cette recherche témoigne de la plasticité du concept de RSE, chaque salarié pouvant le décliner de façon personnalisée. Elle met en évidence les points communs et les différences, dans l'importance relative que les interviewés accordent aux différentes dimensions et Parties Prenantes de la RSE : salariés, fournisseurs, consommateurs, communautés, Environnement. Enfin, cette recherche montre comment ces représentations de la RSE se forment en s'ancrant dans divers référentiels préexistants, liés par exemple à l'entreprise elle-même, aux spécificités du pays, au système de valeurs du salarié ou au métier exercé.

"Social participation in water management and governance recently became a reality in many economies and societies. Yet the dimensions in which power regulation, social equity and democracy-building are connected with participation have been only tangentially analyzed for the water sector.
