S., ch. 63, 5 4, the head note in each case is prepared by the Judge writing the opinion. The statement of the case is made by the reporter, from the re turn to this court. The epitome of the arguments is condensed from the briefs of counsel. For the correctness of these, the reporter alone is responsible.
