Book Description
Every time I could not breathe, I wrote. Every time I could not live any more, I wrote. Every time I gave up, I wrote. Every time I loved too much, I wrote. To me, writing is synonymous with breathing. My poetry isn’t your polished fancy bouquet that is hand-delivered. It is that wild flower swaying to the rough northern winds and still surviving, oblivious to the world outside but dancing to its own rhythm.

Book Description
In this volume, the European research project YUSEDER ("Youth Unemployment and Social Exclusion: Dimensions, Subjective Experiences and Institutional Responses in Six Countries of the EU"), supported by the EU Commission (Directorate General Research) as a part of the programme Targeted Socio-Economic Research (TSER), addresses the question of what effects long-term unemployment has on young people in regard of their feeling of belonging to society. Does long-term unemployment imply the risk of social exclusion for young people? How does social exclusion develop, and which factors counteract the processes of exclusion? Thus far, research into unemployment has seldom performed comparative studies. This interdisciplinary project in six European countries has conducted for the first time a qualitative study with 300 long-term unemployment young people from age 20 to 25. The inquiry was carried out in the three northern European countries Sweden, Belgium and Germany and in the three southern European countries Greece, Italy and Spain. Researches from psychology, sociology, public health and psychiatry participated in this research project coordinated by Thomas Kieselbach (University of Bremen, Germany). The volumes in the series published up to now within the YUSEDER project represent a state of the art overview of the topic of youth unemployment and health (volume 1) and youth unemployment and social exclusion (volume 2) in the six participating countries. The results of this interdisciplinary comparative study represent an important basis for conceptualising future intervention measures in the European Union which could redu

Book Description
The title of this compilation of thoughts, poems, and quotes is an accurate representation of its content. I have attempted to share my learning candidly. A life lived to the fullest stretches to the two extremes. The struggle between heart and mind - or between the free mind and the controlled mind - is like a roller-coaster ride. Seeking comfort in such discomfort is how I have chosen to go about my salvation. This philosophy has allowed me to go beyond the bounds of the routine and the mundane. Recognizing my mistakes has helped me recover from them. I have shared my errors and the lessons learned with my readers. I try to write precisely and logically, using simple words to capture the minds of the impatient young people of today. This is my third book. The credit for reaching this tally goes to you, dear reader. Thank you for your encouragement and support. Keep the feedback coming! And for more, look me up at: www.HareshSippy.com .The proceeds from the sale of all my books go to Tema India’s Youth Empowerment Program.
