Une formation d’une journée a été élaborée et conduite sur 2 groupes de pharmacien. Ce travail présente cette expérience et propose une réflexion sur les compétences et le processus pédagogique pour former les pharmaciens à la conduite des entretiens pharmaceutiques. Les participants sont globalement satisfaits de la formation, ils reconnaissent qu’elle les a préparés à mettre en place l’entretien pharmaceutique dans leurs officines. Mais ils auraient souhaité davantage s’approprier les techniques de communication. Une seule journée de formation semble trop courte pour répondre à leurs demandes et atteindre pleinement ces objectifs. Pour assumer cette nouvelle mission de santé publique, le pharmacien doit être accompagné dans cette démarche et acquérir de nouvelles compétences par la formation et l’échanges de pratiques
