This research study tries to understand the relevance of four dimensions (viz., support, team-building, goal emphasis and help with work) of Leadership incorporated by Likert (1967) to identify and classify System 1 to 4 by conducting intensive study of six organizations in India. Data, regarding different aspects of Leaders' actions/practices/behaviors which resulted in employees' perception, were collected using Likert and Likert (1976) questionnaire. The study came to the following conclusions and findings that in the country like India any leadership is a category of behaviors. A leadership style is a combination of specific practices through which leaders contribute. Not all actions/practices of a leader that are generally considered as positive or with good intentions from the leaders' point of view or from the academic angles are equally perceived from same angles by employees. The four dimensions (viz., support, team-building, goal emphasis and help with work) of Leadership are perceived differently by employees in India into four new dimensions of practices or actions or category of behaviors (viz., Expressive Environment Facilitator, Non-Bossy, Democratic and Expectancy Pressure by the leader). These four new leadership dimensions are derived using the Principal Component Analysis from the grounds up approach. The organizations need to look at the leadership practices from the perspective of employees' perceptions. A leader is not only what a leader does but also how those actions are perceived and that must also be taken into consideration. All these four new dimensions are the contribution into the leadership practices and theory.

Over the years government tries to make policies and programs to advance women in government enterprises and organizations. In developing countries particular in rural areas women produce more than 55 percent of food grown. Various studies show that women proved to be successful owners of the business and also successful managers (Koshal, M., Koshal, R. K., & Gupta, A. K). The report highlights that women comprise 16 percent at junior management level, 4 percent each at middle and senior levels, and only 1 percent in organizational leadership positions (CEOs) (Women managers in India: Challenges and opportunities (2009) Centre for Social Research p. 2).
