L'objectif de ce travail est l'étude de la temporalisation du système verbal aspectuel de l'arabe marocain (région de Berkane) dans une perspective synchronique et dynamique. L'étude se présente en trois parties. La première partie est consacrée à l'enquête linguistique, au corpus, à la méthode d'analyse et à l'examen de la position du problème dans les dialectes arabes modernes. La seconde partie après avoir établi l'inventaire des déterminants du verbe, aborde les valeurs aspectuelles, temporelles et de concomitance des syntagmes verbaux (préfixal et suffixal) marqués et non marqués, dans les énonces simples et complexes. Pour ce qui est du participe actif, nous le considérons comme un syntagme verbal s'intégrant progressivement dans le système verbal et il peut apparaître marqué ou non marqué grâce à la "verbalisation" justifiée par des critères sémantique et syntaxique. Dans la troisième partie, nous posons l'existence de degré de détermination pour la hierarchisation de l'aspect et du temps. La détermination de l'aspect en tant que catégorie grammaticale est obligatoire, tandis que celle du temps est facultative. Ceci a été suivi par la visualisation des rapports de détermination du syntagme verbal. Cette partie comprend aussi l'étude de la grammaticalisation des monèmes qui ont été à la base, en particulier, de la temporalisation. Nous avons fourni une définition de la grammaticalisation en linguistique générale, établi, dans l'arabe marocain, le processus évolutif par lequel des syntagmes verbaux et non verbaux se transforment en monèmes grammaticaux (marques). L'étude est illustrée par une soixantaine de page de corpus.
