Selker, American Society of Allied Health Professions; Andrea Morales, a fourth year medical student at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine; Robert R. Graham, of the American Academy of Family Physicians; and statements from organizations including the American Academy of Pediatrics; Ambulatory Pediatric Association, American College of Physicians Society of General Internal Medicine and Association of Professors of Medicine.
