My experiences with Christianity and its boundless love are the reasons why I felt compelled to write this book. Born and raised in a Christian family, I have been immersed in the Christian faith since birth. With both my paternal and maternal families being Christian, I understand the religion better than most. However, the primary motivation behind writing this book is my desire to give hope to those who are suffering from mental illnesses, who are facing even greater hardships than I did. If I were to recover from schizophrenia, I would first and foremost give all the glory to God. In a way, the very act of writing this book is a beacon of hope for those with schizophrenia. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia in 2014. Initially, I lacked awareness of my illness and wandered aimlessly, unaware that I was sick. However, through God's unwavering mercy and love, I am now able to write to you. I invite you to join me on this precious journey, to laugh and cry as you read my words. This book is a testament to my faith, a celebration of God's love and glory, and a chronicle of the miraculous recovery to everyday life that comes to those who believe in His healing power.
