Les céramiques dentaires sont actuellement des matériaux de choix pour la restauration prothétique des tissus dentaires. Depuis quelques années, nous assistons à un véritable essor des céramiques usinées, commercialisées sous forme de blocs et destinées à la technologie CFAO. Cependant, l’assemblage entre ces matériaux et la dent reste toujours un challenge, notamment dû à la multiplication des interfaces : céramique-colle, colle-système adhésif et système adhésif-dent. Aussi, la recherche et le développement évoluent également dans ce sens afin d’améliorer l’adhésion chimique et micromécanique ainsi que le vieillissement et de simplifier le protocole collage. Ce travail expérimental aura pour but d’évaluer l’étanchéité de l’assemblage aux tissus dentaires de deux céramiques usinées CERASMART TM et Initial TM LRF avec deux systèmes de collage différents : le Multilink® Automix et le G-CEM LinkForce TM. L’objectif final serait de pouvoir déterminer la ou les interfaces concernées par les percolations afin de pouvoir proposer un protocole unique de collage, le plus étanche possible, quant au traitement de surface et système de collage à utiliser, quelle que soit la céramique employée.
