Texas A & M University will initiate a statewide Energy Advisory Service for Texas to provide energy advisory services to various energy user groups through a delivery system built on existing extension and advisory service capabilities within The Texas A & M University System. This activity will be supplemented by participation of other universities, governmental agencies, national laboratories, private industry and organizations. The services will include continuing education, curriculum and instruction, extension and information services. Emphasis will be placed on developing, testing and evaluating the effectiveness of the system using several specific energy advisory projects.
