Afin de garantir le bon usage du médicament et le bien-fondé des prescriptions, il définit des mesures financières incitant à assurer la traçabilité et le suivi des prescriptions pour les médicaments financés en sus de la tarification à l'activité (T2A). Dans le cadre de la mise en place du CBU, nous avons développé un programme informatique en PHP couplé à une base SQL, utilisable en réseau local par un établissement de santé. Il permet la prescription des médicaments financés en sus de la T2A, ainsi que le suivi des prescriptions. Les données relatives aux médicaments et à leurs indications sont extraites des fiches de bon usage élaborées par la commission nationale des pharmaciens de CHU. Ce programme, disponible gratuitement, contribue donc à la mise en œuvre du CBU.

Gautier de Coinci (c. 1177-1236) was a Benedictine prior, a poet and composer, and the author of several very popular religious works, including a large collection of Miracles of the Virgin in French, which enjoyed a wide circulation during the Middle Ages. Gautier drew on multiple Latin sources for his work, embellishing and personalizing them as he adapted them to his poetic design. Health and social care in every system and in every country is labour intensive, and must be oriented to people's needs if it is to be effective. It is now widely recognized that human resources for health (HRH) are a key enabler for the attainment of universal health coverage, and for the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3 - Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages. As is stressed in the Global Strategy on Human Resources for Health: Workforce 2030, there can be no viable national, or global, health system without an effective health workforce. The Global Strategy, adopted at the Sixty-ninth World Health Assembly in May 2016, challenges the erroneous narrative of health workers as a unit of cost in the production of health. It has been said that never has a monarch so narrowly missed "greatness" as did the Holy Roman Emperor Joseph II.
