June was passing quickly. Buckshot concentrated on fence repairs and improvements to the corrals. Tex was with him constantly, holding the other end when needed. He had taken off his shirt and Buckshot observed that his back was completely healed. He also noticed some new muscle developing in the lad's slight frame.
