Book Description
The authors measure the branching fractions and CP asymmetries in the decays B° 2!KK−K{sub S}° and B 2!K+K{sub S}°K{sub S}° using a sample of approximately 122 million B{bar B} pairs collected by the BABAR detector. From a time-dependent analysis of the K+K− K{sub S}° sample that excludes [phi]K{sub S}°, the values of the CP-violation parameters are S = -0.56 ± 0.25 ± 0.04 and C = -0.10 ± 0.19 ± 0.10, where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second is systematic. They confirm that the final state is nearly purely CP-even. Using this result and setting C = 0, they extract the Standard Model parameter sin 2[beta] = 0.57 ± 0.26 ± 0.04−0{sup +0.17} where the last error is due to uncertainty on the CP content. The present the first measurement of the CP-violating charge asymmetry A{sub CP} B+ 2!K+K{sub S}°K{sub S}° = -0.04 ± 0.11 ± 0.02, with a 90% confidence-level interval of [-0.23, 0.15]. The branching fractions are [Beta](B° 2!K+K−K°) = (23.8 ± 2.0 ± 1.6) x 10−6 and [Beta](B+ 2!K+K{sub S}°K{sub S}°) = (10.7 ± 1.2 ± 1.0) x 10−6.

Book Description
The authors present measurements of the branching fraction and time-dependent CP-violating asymmetries in B° → K{sub S}°K{sub S}°K{sub S}° decays based on 227 million [Upsilon](4S) → B{bar B} decays collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy B Factory at SLAC. They obtain a branching fraction of (6.9{sub -0.8}{sup +0.9} ± 0.6) x 10−6, and CP asymmetries C = -0.34{sub -0.25}{sup +0.28} ± 0.05 and S = -0.71{sub -0.32}{sup +0.38} ± 0.04, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic.

Book Description
The authors present preliminary results of improved measurements of the CP-violating asymmetries and branching fractions in the decays B° →??−, B° → K+?−, B° →?°?°, and B° → K°?°. This update includes all data taken at the?(4S) resonance by the BABAR experiment at the asymmetric PEP-II B-meson factory at SLAC, corresponding to 467 ± 5 million B{bar B} pairs. They find S{sub??} = -0.68 ± 0.10 ± 0.03, C{sub??} = -0.25 ± 0.08 ± 0.02,?{sub K{sub?}} = -0.107 ± 0.016{sub -0.004}, {sup +0.006}, C{sub?°?°} = -0.43 ± 0.26 ± 0.05,?(B° →?°?°) = (1.83 ± 0.21 ± 0.13) x 10−6,?(B° → K°?°) = (10.1 ± 0.6 ± 0.4) x 10−6, where the first error is statistical and the second is systematic. They observe CP violation with a significance of 6.7? in B° → {pi}− and 6.1? in B° → K+{pi}−. Constraints on the Unitarity Triangle angle? are determined from the isospin relation between all B → {pi}{pi} rates and asymmetries.

Book Description
Relative branching fractions of B{sub d, s} {yields} h{sup +}h'{sup -} decays (where h, h' = K or {pi}) and direct CP asymmetry in B{sub d} {yields} K{sup +}{pi}{sup -} have been measured with 180 pb{sup -1} of data collected by the CDFII detector at the Tevatron collider. This includes the first BR measurement of a charmless B{sub s} {yields} PP decay (B{sub s} {yields} K{sup +}K{sup -}).

Book Description
The authors present measurements of the branching fraction and CP-violating asymmetries in the decay B° → f0(980)K{sub S}°. The results are obtained from a data sample of 123 x 106?(4S) → B{bar B} decays. From a time-dependent maximum likelihood fit they measure the branching fraction?(B° → f0(980)(→??°)K°) = (6.0 ± 0.9 ± 0.6 ± 1.2) x 10−6, the mixing-induced CP violation parameter S = 1.62{sub -0.51}{sup +0.56} ± 0.09 ± 0.04 and the direct CP violation parameter C = 0.27 ± 0.36 ± 0.10 ± 0.07, where the first errors are statistical, the second systematic and the third due to model uncertainties. They measure the f0(980) mass and width to be m{sub f{sub 0(980)}} = (980.6 ± 4.1 ± 0.5 ± 4.0) MeV/c2 and?{sub f{sub 0(980)}} = (43−9{sup +12} ± 3 ± 9) MeV/c2, respectively.

Book Description
The authors present preliminary measurements of the Cp asymmetries and branching fractions for B {yields} {pi}{pi} and B {yields} K{pi} decays. A total of 347 million B{bar B} events collected by the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy e{sup +}e{sup -} collider at SLAC are used for these results.
