Book Description
Differentiated book- It has a historical context with research of the time-Before Adam by Jack London.is a Jack London novel, serialized in 1906 and 1907 in Everybody's Magazine. It is the story of a man who dreams of living the life of an early hominid. History offers an early insight into human evolution. Most of the story is told through the eyes of the man's hominid alter ego, one of the cave dwellers. In addition to the cave people, there are the more advanced fire people and the more animal tree people. Other characters include the hominid's father, a love interest, and Red Eyes, a fierce "atavism" that perpetually terrifies cavemen. A saber cat also plays a role in the story. Subsequent scholars have noted strong eugenic themes in Before Adam.Jack London, (born John Griffith Chaney; January 12, 1876 - November 22, 1916) John Griffith London, was an American novelist, journalist, and social activist. A pioneer in the world of magazine trade fiction, he was one of the first writers to become a world celebrity and earn a fortune by writing. He was also an innovator in the genre that would later become known as science fiction. His most famous works include The Call of the Wild and White Fang, both set in the Klondike Gold Rush, as well as the short stories "To Build a Fire", "An Odyssey of the North" and "Love of Life". He also wrote about the South Pacific in stories like "The Pearls of Parlay" and "The Heathen".

Book Description
"The Importance of Being Earnest A Trivial Comedy for Serious People is a play by Oscar Wilde. First performed on 14 February 1895 at the St James's Theatre in London, it is a farcical comedy in which the protagonists maintain fictitious personae to escape burdensome social obligations. Working within the social conventions of late Victorian London, the play's major themes are the triviality with which it treats institutions as serious as marriage, and the resulting satire of Victorian ways. Some contemporary reviews praised the play's humour and the culmination of Wilde's artistic career, while others were cautious about its lack of social messages. Its high farce and witty dialogue have helped make The Importance of Being Earnest Wilde's most enduringly popular play."

Book Description
Excerpt from Before Adam What do I mean? I see explanation is necessary before I can tell you of the substance of my dreams. Otherwise, little could you know of the meaning of the things I know so well. As I write this, all the beings and happenings of that other world rise up before me in vast phantasmagoria, and I know that to you they would be rhymeless and reasonless.
