La pharmacie clinique joue un rôle majeur dans la sécurisation du circuit du médicament et la lutte contre l'iatrogénie. L'analyse pharmaceutique permet de générer des interventions pharmaceutiques (IP) à destination des prescripteurs, en vue d'optimiser la prescription. Au CHU de Toulouse, entre 2016 et 2019, 59 325 IP ont été réalisées dans le logiciel d'aide à la prescription. L'analyse de ces IP montre que : - les IP les plus fréquentes concernent une posologie inadaptée (plus de 25 %), une indication non traitée (14,1 %), une non-conformité aux référentiels (14,1 %), une voie ou administration inappropriée (11,2 %), et des erreurs liées à l'informatisation (9 %) ; - 50 % des IP sont relatives à 35 molécules, principalement des médicaments du système nerveux, du sang, des systèmes digestif/métabolique et cardiovasculaire. Une analyse détaillée de ces IP est présentée. Ces résultats sont globalement similaires aux données présentées dans la littérature. Ils nous permettent d'envisager plusieurs axes d'amélioration : - l'optimisation du logiciel d'aide à la prescription, au travers de l'amélioration des fiches produits, l'utilisation de protocoles ou l'optimisation des alertes ; - un travail d'harmonisation des pratiques pharmaceutiques (rédaction et codage des interventions) - une communication auprès des prescripteurs et pharmaciens, notamment juniors, sur les interventions pharmaceutiques les plus fréquentes.

Thickening Fat: Fat Bodies, Intersectionality, and Social Justice seeks to explore the multiple, variable, and embodied experiences of fat oppression and fat activisms. Moving beyond an analysis of fat oppression as singular, this book will aim to unpack the volatility of fat—the mutability of fat embodiments as they correlate with other embodied subjectivities, and the threshold where fat begins to be reviled, celebrated, or amended. In addition, Thickening Fat explores the full range of intersectional and liminal analyses that push beyond the simple addition of two or more subjectivities, looking instead at the complex alchemy of layered and unstable markers of difference and privilege. The European Federation for Medical Informatics has established itself as a regional body coordinating activity in medical informatics. The Congress in Toulouse, MIE-81, from 9 - 13 March 1981, is the third congress in the ser ies following MIE-78 in Cambr idge, and MIB-79 in Berlin with a gap during 1980 for the world congress MEDINFO-80 in Tokyo. The rationale behind all these congresses is the scientific need to share results and ideas and the educational need to train a wide variety of professional staff in the potential of health care and medical informatics. All the caring professions are involved, doctors, scientists, nurses, para-medical staff, administrators, health care planners, community physicians, epidemiologists, statisticians, operations analysts together with specialists from the computing profession dealing with system analysis, hardware, software, languages, data-bases and the marketing of systems. Medical Informatics is a very wide subject with ramifications throughout the health care and preventive services; it offers a key to the monitoring and improvement of patient care and to the provision of a healthier environment. The collection and evaluation of relevant data improves our understanding of the ways in which health care is provided while the availability of cheaper computer hardware and more versatile software enables us to design and implement more revealing and intelligent medical systems.
