Book Description
Excerpt from A Treatise on "Unripe" Cataract When I began, some time ago, to give renewed attention to the subject, with the view Of writing an article for one of our periodicals, I found it necessary to regard the matter in so many aspects that I could not do justice to the importance of it in a short space, and I considered my purpose might be better served by putting my views in the more lasting and more readily accessible form of a monograph. The treatment Of Unripe Cataract of the common cortical forms was a matter of such frequent occurrence in my practice that I had almost ceased to regard it as at all out of the common. 80 it happened that I did not take always, as I should have done, full notes of all the circumstances of each operation at the time.viii. Preface. I have already reported on several occasions to societies and in journals the results of my earliest work with my instruments of the early period, but I have published nothing on the subject for the past eight years. About the Publisher Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books. Find more at www.forgottenbooks.com This book is a reproduction of an important historical work.
