The Sacramento Turn Verein is eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places under Criteria A and C. Its two historic contexts are as the meeting location of German-American Turner members looking to practice and maintain German cultural traditions and as an exceptional example of Classical Revival style architecture built by locally renowned architecture firm, Dean & Dean with decorative terra cotta elements by Gladding, McBean.
