The Fred H. Bosselman (German name: Borstelmann) family in America: Carsten Borstelmann (1845-1923) married in 1872 Mary Koch (1841-1925). Mary immigrated to the U.S. in 1846. Carsten and his family immigrated to the U.S. in 1872. He and Mary were married in Brighton, Michigan and moved to Nebraska in 1873.
