Este enfoque puede ser útil para identificar diversos procesos victimales en distintos ámbitos sociológicos o criminológicos, que podrán servir de ayuda para detectarlos y conseguir así hacer una previsión y minimización del posible impacto que puedan tener. La perspectiva de género pretende resaltar una serie de valores y creencias que suelen estar en un segundo plano en cualquiera de las situaciones Vic tecnológicas que como profesionales de la Criminología podemos encontrar. Es por ello por lo que se debe hacer especial hincapié en qué cualquier actuación profesional que se realice, sea cual fuere el tipo de situación que podamos tratar, se pueda realizar con esta perspectiva de género de forma integral, independientemente de quien lo realice o sobre quien verse. De esta forma, podremos analizar y visibilizar una problemática que, en muchas ocasiones, no se le concede la importancia que se merece en cualquier análisis, tratamiento, proceso o seguimiento que se hace sobre el hecho que estudiamos.
