This work ran rapidly Out of print, and the demand'. For copies being continuous, it became necessary either to repeat a large amount of the information there collected, in the present volume; or to issue a reprint, for the convenience of those Practitioners who were unable to Obtain copies. We decided upon the latter Course, so that our space might be left free for another departure which we trust will prove equally acceptable to our readers..
