This book examines the theories and practice of how to control corporate behaviour through legal techniques. It identifies three principal areas in which procedures and debates have emerged: within consumer protection and competition law, and from some national court systems. Biobanks are proliferating rapidly worldwide because they are powerful tools and organisational structures for undertaking medical research.
