Per annum, shall be paid to the reporter 1l°n te appointed for the said circuit court Of Milwaukee po county for the services Of himself and assistant, Which shall be in lieu Of all per diem for attending said court, and for performing such other services as the court ma from time to time direct, and as may be require by law. The said salary shall be paid by the county treasurer Of Milwaukee county, at the end Of every quarter year from the date Of the appointment. Excerpt from The Laws of Wisconsin Passed at the Annual Session of the Legislature of 1882: Together With Joint Resolutions and Memorials Secrion 1. Section 2010 of the revised statutes is Amendment. Hereby amended by inserting after the word of, in the third line of said section, the words: Not less than twenty-five nor more than, so that said section shall read as follows: Section 2010. The capital Capital stock of any such corporation shall not exceed five hundred thousand dollars, and shall be divided into shares of not less than twenty-five, nor more than two hundred dollars each. If any such corporation. Here tofore or hereafter organized, shall have a capital stock less than the sum of five hundred thousand dollars, it may, in the manner prescribed in section one thousand seven hundred and seventy-four, increase its capital stock to any amount not exceeding the limit herein fore fixed. But the resolution proposing such increase must be ofiered at the regular meeting next preceding the meeting at which the same shall be voted upon; payments for such stock shall be made in installments Installmentl, not exceeding two dollars each, on each share, at such h paid. Time and place as the by-laws shall prescribe; and every share of stock shall be subject to a lien for the an aid installments and other charges incurred thereon. He by-laws shall prescribe the form and manner of eu forcing such lien. The stock may be issued in one or How stock In more successive series, in such amount as the board of m directors or the stockholders may determine, and new shares of stock may be issued in lieu of shares with drawn or forfeited.
