Rule 21--WHERE THERE IS A CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF UNASCERTAINED GOODS THE PROPERTY IN THE GOODS IS NOT TRANSFERRED TO THE BUYER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE GOODS ARE ASCERTAINED (1).
