Book Description
In the vast universe of human history, few journeys are as thrilling and meaningful as the story of God's people in the book of Exodus. The "History of the Eternal Kingdom" invites us to dive deep into this journey of redemption, exploring the designs of a God who not only liberated but also established His people as a treasured possession. On every page, we confront the dilemmas, courage, and faith of those who dared to challenge the forces of oppression to follow the call of the Eternal. The story of Exodus is one of struggles and victories, of betrayals and redemptions, where a people, enslaved in Egypt, find a path to freedom through faith. This is not just a narrative about a group of slaves seeking to escape tyranny; it’s a grand portrait of how God's power operates amidst human frailty and how He, in His infinite patience, leads each one to the destiny reserved for those who love Him. "Because the Lord brought us out with a mighty hand and redeemed us from the house of bondage" (Deuteronomy 7:8). God's providence is a central character in this story. It appears silently yet surely, weaving the threads of history to protect those who belong to Him. Amid the cruel persecutions, God preserves Moses' life, creating a storyline that transcends any human planning. When Moses is hidden by his parents along the Nile, we see the hand of God at work. "By faith Moses, when he was born, was hidden for three months by his parents because they saw that the child was beautiful, and they were not afraid of the king’s edict" (Hebrews 11:23). This is the foreshadowing of a mission that would change the history of a people and echo through eternity. As with any true story, there are moments of great crisis. Moses, who had been raised to a position of privilege in Pharaoh’s court, chose to renounce security and power to identify with God’s people, preferring the humiliation and challenges of being counted among the Hebrew slaves. "By faith Moses, when he had grown up, refused to be known as the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, choosing rather to be mistreated with the people of God than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin" (Hebrews 11:24-25). This marks his personal journey—a decision to sacrifice fleeting glory for an eternal purpose. Along the way, we see Moses learning to cope with his own limitations and the rebellious hearts of the people. His faith and courage are refined in adversity, preparing him as a leader ready to confront Pharaoh and lead the people toward the Promised Land. Thus, he becomes a type of the true Deliverer, Christ, who also renounced His heavenly glory to identify with those He loved, becoming like them. "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth" (John 1:14). The unfolding drama of this story is not limited to the well-known events of the plagues and the crossing of the Red Sea. Every scene, every event is part of an eternal plan meant to reveal God’s character. When the sea parts, it is not merely a spectacular act of power but a manifestation of God’s grace and care, guiding His children along a safe path amid danger. When manna falls from heaven in the desert, God teaches His people that He is sufficient to meet all needs, both physical and spiritual. "I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt; open your mouth wide, and I will fill it" (Psalm 81:10). This story is also a portrayal of the Christian walk. Just as the people of Israel were rescued from Egypt to serve the Lord in the wilderness, each believer is called out of darkness into light, to live as God’s own possession. This transition is marked by internal struggles, daily challenges, and constant tests of faith. Israel failed many times, but throughout the entire narrative, God’s faithfulness remains an unshakable rock. "For He Himself has said: I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5). This promise is the anchor that sustains every believer’s hope, no matter the storm. Thus, "The History of the Eternal Kingdom" is more than a retelling of ancient events—it is an invitation for all readers to join this journey. A story that transcends generations, leading us to reflect on who we are, the God we serve, and the greater purpose that drives us. Like Moses, we are called to renounce the comforts of Egypt to follow the call of our Redeemer. The Lord Jesus invites us to a life that, though marked by sacrifice, is also crowned with eternal victories. This is the prologue to a story that has no end, for it points to eternity—a changeless Kingdom where God will be all in all. "And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, 'Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God'" (Revelation 21:3). A story that promises to be eternal, where each of us is invited to partake, to live, and to glorify the King of kings forever and ever.

Book Description
The Chosen People tells the history of the Jews from the conquest of Jersualem by Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon in 587 B.C.E. to the Second Jewish Revolt of C.E. 132. John Allegro bases his account on traditional texts — books of the Old Testament, Josephus, Philo Judaeus, Dio Cassius, and others — and sets out the complicated parade of plots, counter-plots, betrayals, and insurrections in a brisk and highly readable sequence. His main theme is how the conception of the Jewish nation as a divinely chosen race was planted as a political ambition among the exiled Jews. Bringing together old customs and stories, the idea was fired by the longing of the Babylonian Jews for their traditional homeland. Many of them grew prosperous outside Palestine, and their wealthy communities manipulated the wish for identity in the idea of an exclusive Judaism embodied as a political state and fighting for autonomy against local and imperial neighbors — more dream than fact. The author writes that “When the ‘new Judaism' came to be hammered out after the return from captivity, it was around these ancient customs and a historicized mythology that it was fashioned.” The religion was devised not, as popularly presented, by gift of the desert god Yahweh who had manifested himself in opposition to the Canaanite fertility god Baal but by reinterpreting the Sumerian idea of a life-giving god over many generations. For there was no fundamental opposition — the god-names originally meant the same. This second edition features a new introduction by James M. Donovan.

Book Description
The book ‘The Chosen Ones’ represents a staunch and unwavering commitment to face life, overcome difficulties, and to know how to enjoy it at all times along the path of the evolution of consciousness. In this sense, the author Margarita Arnal Moscardó reveals to us, through her stories, a path to live life.Reading this book is giving yourself the opportunity to delve into the ancestral feminine force. The author’s great understanding of feelings and her connection with a wisdom that connects with our soul, offers answers on the initiation of the path to overcoming difficulties, while acknowledging the happy moments that life offers. The Chosen Ones an exciting novel that captivates the reader from the first moment, is based on the spiritual adventures of three women throughout their lives. The Chosen Ones is the telling of three stories, perhaps not by chance, as the number three is considered the "perfect number" according to spiritual traditions. In the three stories, we find a wide spectrum of situations that bathe the individual in joy, love, and happiness or at the same time, flood with deep sadness, lost love, and suffering.Perhaps a more subliminal message in the book, but latent in each of the three stories, is the sublime claim of the inalienable right for women to enjoy the path of life, whatever future or destiny holds for each of them, for ALL the women (given that there are three stories). The ties, obstacles, and problems that women face can in no way prevent them from achieving their happiness. Pain and suffering do not justify the martyrdom of waiting for an earthly existence without both. The depth of the book is combined with sweetness, as well as the clarity and courage with which pain is described, the inevitable goodbye to loved ones and the "maybe we will meet again sometime, somewhere". They are intermingled with a touch between realism and idealism and a sense of humor, while offering an apprenticeship in the initiation rituals offered by some of the cultures of the earth. From all this it can be deduced that the author Margarita Arnal Moscardó shows authentic knowledge of the different visions of approach to the spiritual, from the different cultural-spiritual experiences that coexist on earth.
