She explores ancient teachings on the interconnectedness of all life and the forces of nature and shows how colonization and modern culture have disconnected us from our spiritual foundations. She shares exercises to help readers seed their own consciousness, navigate altered states of consciousness and ego death, work with the shadow, and integrate fragmented parts of the self. She also examines how to respectfully engage with these potent transformative plants, substances, and ancient traditions, thereby honoring the wisdom keepers who have safeguarded these traditions across the millennia. Revealing how to prepare the fertile soil of the mind for mystical experience, this book presents a psychedelic path to awakening that simultaneously facilitates personal transformation and collective societal change.

Soul Retrieval
Author: Joanna Neff
Publisher: Trafford Publishing
ISBN: 1412218837
Category : Self-Help
Languages : en
Pages : 250
Book Description
With clients in 25 States and in Australia, Canada (British Columbia, Ontario and Vancouver), El Salvador, England, Germany, India, Ireland, Singapore, Trinidad/Tobago (West Indies) author Joanna Neff does higher-dimensional soul retrieval and soul clearance sessions from her home in Boulder, Colorado, USA. Soul Retrieval: Return to Wholeness provides the context, gathered from a decade of channeled sessions, for why and how this energetic approach to soul retrieval works. The book also offers a glimpse of the author's own soul retrieval process (including past-life merging), excerpts from private and public sessions, and actual exercises from soul retrieval workshops. Why Must Soul Retrieval Be Done? During profound stress, pain or other trauma, human beings often experience what is called "soul loss", meaning, the loss of aspects of one's soul. Such events as loss of a loved one, automobile accident, surgery, addiction, combat trauma, abortion or miscarriage, and physical abuse are the prime causes. When a soul is fragmented one may no longer remember the details of the traumatic incidents that caused the fragmentation. The "lost" soul aspect has taken those memories with it. When a soul part leaves, it may also take with it a measure of one's vitality. The more severe the trauma, the more life force is depleted. People who have lost soul aspects may suffer chronic illnesses in childhood as a result of this reduced life force. One example of soul fragmenting occurs because of childhood sexual abuse. Here, parts of the soul literally leave because the event is too painful. If the soul fragmentation is severe enough, such illnesses as schizophrenia may occur. Because the integrity of the parts to the whole is broken down, recovery is seen as an impossibility. Further, the will may become vulnerable to negative entity attachment. Having fragments remain "unincorporated" between lifetimes affects karma because issues encapsulated in the consciousness of those fragments remain unresolved. In addition, if we remain unconscious of our other multi-incarnational lives, we bring them with us to our "next" incarnation, hopefully to awaken us to the reality that they're "out there." Shamanic Soul Retrieval Soul fragments rarely can return without assistance. Virtually without exception, however, when one does an internet search on "soul retrieval," page after page comes up listing "shamanic soul retrieval" as the available option. A time-honored, and proven, method, shamanic soul retrieval has benefited many and is still appropriate for certain people. However, many have experienced that the shamanic method is much slower and can be quite uncomfortable. With this method, you undergo a linear process-a shamanic journey, and then, over time, the psychological and emotional integration of the parts. Once the soul retrieval is done, however, the client may be left to go through the rigors of soul integration alone. The reason is that with shamanic soul retrieval, the work is primarily physical and psychological. Therefore, the restructuring is really going on in your psychological consciousness, that is, personality consciousness, not at the Soul level. This is a primary reason why clients come to the author for higher-dimensional soul retrieval after they have received shamanic soul retrieval. Book Testimonials "I have read your website and concur with much of what you write there. I took soul retrieval training through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies. As the result of my own soul retrieval work, personally as well as with clients, I have found out the same things as you, that the shamanic way can be slow and painful. Often past-life work, beliefs work, or other extra healing work need to be done." Maryphyllis Horn: Shamanic Practitioner; MEd, CMHt, CTFTRev. Reconnection Practitioner (Pittsboro, NC), author of Soul Integration: A Shamanic Path To Freedom And Wholeness "I am becoming a hypnotherapist, and after working with you and Melora a couple months ago, I thought I would write say that I feel the two sessions I've had with you (over three years) have been the most significant single point of healing I've ever experienced. I'd also like to thank you for helping me intellectually realize that time does not exist by bringing a "future" self to heal me in my current consciousness." Lyn Johnson (Denver, CO)

Seeding Global Collaboration
Author: Patrick Brown
Publisher: Axial Publishing
ISBN: 1988457009
Category : Science
Languages : en
Pages : 281
Book Description
Seeding Global Collaboration presents essays written for “Functional Collaboration in the Academy,” a conference held at the University of British Columbia, in July, 2014. The essays attempt to explore and advance Bernard Lonergan’s central achievement, a revolutionary method for collaborative inquiry relevant to both the natural sciences and the human sciences. Each essay is an exercise focusing on a specific collaborative task in a particular area of interest. These range from research in neuroscience to interpreting space and time, from forging new housing policies and communicating macroeconomic dynamics to performing distinct collaborative tasks as part of a unified process of caring for ecosystems. The essays attempt to illustrate the power of the method. But they also seek to seed a new ethos of efficient collaboration and effective meaning. Functional collaboration amounts to a novum organon for scientific and academic inquiry, one potentially capable of meeting the daunting problems and global challenges of our time.

The Three Waves of Volunteers & the New Earth
Author: Dolores Cannon
Publisher: Ozark Mountain Publishing
ISBN:
Category : Body, Mind & Spirit
Languages : en
Pages : 706
Book Description
In 1945 when the atomic bombs were dropped in WWII, our "protectors" and "watchers" in outer space saw that Earth was on a collision course with disaster. The prime directive of non-interference prevented them from taking any action, but then they came up with a brilliant plan to save Earth and assist her in her ascension. They couldn't interfere from the "outside", but maybe they could influence from the "inside". So the call went out for volunteers to come and help. "Earth is in trouble - who wants to volunteer?" The native souls living on Earth were too caught up on the wheel of karma. The only hope was to ask for pure souls to come who had never been trapped on the karmic cycle. Dolores in her hypnosis work has discovered three waves of these volunteers. Some have come direct from the "Source" and have never lived in any type of physical body before. Others have lived as space beings on other planets or other dimensions. Because all memory is erased upon entry to the Earth dimension, they do not remember their assignment. Thus these beautiful souls have a difficult time adjusting to our chaotic world. These souls have a vital role to play as they help all of the rest of us ascend to the New Earth. * Characteristics of the Three Waves of Volunteers * The Difficulties being Experienced by First-Timers * How the Shift is affecting the Physical Body * The Roles of ETs and Light Beings in the Shift * Keepers of the Grid * The Separation of the Old and New Earth * What is the New Earth? * What is the Significance of 2012?

The Book of Consciousness
Author: Dr. Bara H. Loveland
Publisher: Xlibris Corporation
ISBN: 1456844229
Category : Reference
Languages : en
Pages : 640
Book Description
The Book of Consciousness by Dr. Bara H. Loveland Have you ever wondered what Consciousness is, or the mind, the unconscious or Archetypes and Symbols – how they work and how to define these? Without arriving at the reach of Consciousness, there are numerous books on "consciousness;" there are conferences held, and groups searching for "consciousness," with dictionaries attempting to define it. Why have they not found the ultimate definition of Consciousness, to this day of the publication of The Book of Consciousness, in January 2011? Could Bara’s new book, The Book of Consciousness, hold the answer? Can it deliver the ultimate in Consciousness? There are many other questions, which science has not positively answered yet. Why is it that our “brain” (cerebrum), seat of the mind, has to be calmed from 40+ Hertz to 8 Hertz or less (literally put to sleep), in order to reach highest states of awareness, although the cerebrum is supposed to be the seat of the world ́s highest intelligence? Why is this "seat of highest intelligence" polluting the earth to the brink of dying of life? Why is the unconscious called unconscious, when it is able to construct meaningful dreams; and is there a difference between an Archetype and a Symbol, appearing in dreams and myths? Could a neurosis not be a disease? And what is it the mind really knows? Profound contemplation of Consciousness must lead to further questions about the origins of Archetypes and Symbols, about wisdom and similarities of ancient Stone Age Symbols, East Indian and Egyptian scriptures, Runes, Mayan glyphs and biblical Symbols, or world religions in general. One may wonder, why an Egyptian god is frequently named in Christian churches, and is mentioned in both, the Old and the New Testaments. Is God “He,” and could “He” exist? Could there be a different world behind our visible one, and could we have “Bio*Modulators” to sense the other world? What can we learn form a Germanic “king?” Is it possible that we have more than five senses and how many diseases could naturally exist? Can the DNA communicate, and how many laws exist in the universe? What is the meaning of certain Bible verses, and what could have been the message, Jesus gave the world on the cross? Is New Age wisdom contained in the Bible, and could it be that common science limits itself, when excluding miracles it could perform with ease, protecting the animals from harm? Are there more levels of logic than one? How could we realize or activate them? What is the role, our belief plays in our life and in science? The Book of Consciousness begins where common science ends. Be surprised by the innovative answers, with some published about 30 years ago by this author! Be captivated by the author’s authentic, new style; by the insights, humor and vivid experiences, enjoy the 40 figures and tables, as well as exercises, to reach altered states of awareness—naturally and at will. May The Book of Consciousness raise into Oneness the conscious of all those who read its 640 pages; may they be the "igniters," inspiring divine Oneness and Love in the perception of all! KUNDALINI MEDITATION Transform your personal life and achieve more creativity
Author:
Publisher: jideon francisco marques
ISBN:
Category : Body, Mind & Spirit
Languages : en
Pages : 130
Book Description
Introduction to Kundalini Kundalini. This ancient Sanskrit term may conjure up for you all kinds of images and ideas. Mysticism, secrecy, ritual, perhaps even the attainment of bliss or enlightenment. But what exactly is Kundalini? Kundalini practices have been misunderstood for decades in the West, but recently increasing numbers of people have been discovering the benefits of the tradition. Kundalini yoga emerged from the meditative practices of ancient Hindu India, possibly as long as 4,000 years ago, and incorporates a focus on the chakras (the energy centres of the subtle body, see pages 36–9), movement, breathing exercises and chanting. Today, ordinary people are rediscovering Kundalini as a tool to relieve stress, to promote both physical and emotional healing, and ultimately to connect with a profound and transforming spirituality. Kundalini truly has become accessible to everyone. My own path to Kundalini has been a little unusual. For most of my career I have performed around the world as a professional opera singer. Early on I discovered yoga as a tool to help calm and centre me in the midst of the demands of my singing career. But my first experience of Kundalini took me way beyond the benefits of the type of yoga I had been practising up to that point. I was on a yoga retreat in Chichén Itzà, Mexico, burnt out after a hectic schedule of singing and touring. Intrigued by a form of yoga I knew nothing about, I signed up for a Kundalini class. Deep down I was searching for some inner peace, balance and a greater sense of connectedness through both mind and body. This initial encounter with Kundalini was a very powerful one and I realized during that first class that I had found what I was looking for. Of course, I didn’t immediately surrender my feelings of fear, resistance and doubt about this very different form of practice. However, once I tuned in to the techniques of Kundalini I found a new way of being. The beauty of Kundalini is that it takes you beyond the confusion and clutter of daily life to a place where you experience a sense of real freedom and stillness. At this point the neutral, meditative mind can allow access to inspiration, excitement and new possibilities. Your mind frees itself of the repetitive dialogue of negative voices and confused thoughts – the ancient echoes of the past. The new, raised energetic frequency at which your mind is operating allows you to listen to your mind’s authentic voice, the voice of your dreams, passions and purpose. In this neutral space we can accept who we are and embrace all that we are – the light and the shadows, the good and the bad in us.
