Introduction : Les inégalités sociales de santé sont un enjeu de santé publique majeur. Le travail en interprofessionnalité est un levier essentiel pour les combattre. C'est donc un élément qui doit s'intégrer dans la formation initiale des médecins. La faculté de Montpellier organise un enseignement sur les inégalités sociales de santé pour les internes de médecine générale, en coanimation interprofessionnelle par un médecin généraliste et un travailleur social. L'objectif de cette étude est d'explorer les attentes, les motivations, le vécu des Médecins Généralistes et des Travailleurs Sociaux, intervenants en binôme interprofessionnel, dans un enseignement sur les inégalités sociales de santé, aux internes de Médecine Générale. Méthodes : Il s'agit d'une étude qualitative avec analyse phénoménologique et semio-pragmatique de trois focus group et d'un entretien individuel. Le recrutement s'est fait auprès des Médecins Généralistes et des Travailleurs Sociaux ayant participé à l'enseignement sur les inégalités sociales de santé à Montpellier. Résultats : 17 intervenants ont été interrogés : 9 médecins généralistes, 8 travailleurs sociaux. L'enseignement en interprofessionnalité apporte une richesse par la complémentarité des regards et des expertises. Il donne de la légitimité à l'autre professionnel dans la prise en charge des patients, en reconnaissant ses compétences. L'enseignement en interprofessionnalité permet d'apprendre à se connaître entre professionnels et de lutter contre les représentations négatives, dans le but d'améliorer la collaboration pluriprofessionnelle et la prise en charge des patients. Discussion : L'enseignement en binôme interprofessionnel en formation initial a du sens pour lutter contre les inégalités sociales de santé. Promouvoir la collaboration interprofessionnelle grâce à cette technique d'animation a pour but ultime d'améliorer la qualité de la prise en charge des patients.La prochaine étape serait d'interroger les internes sur cet enseignement. Les perspectives seraient de concevoir et de généraliser les enseignements en interprofessionnalité dans la formation initiale des internes de médecine générale, et des autres professionnels de santé

It is widely recognised that we are living through an 'age of the narrative'. Many of the constituent disciplines in the social sciences resonate with this trend by using life history and narrative approaches and methods.
