Book Description
When Sannah the Storyteller, a descendant of environmental refugees from drowned Pacific islands, finds a White stranger on her domestep, she presumes he's a political prisoner on the run seeking safe passage to egalitarian Aotearoa. However, Kaire's unusual appearance, bizarre behaviour, and insistence he's a pilgrim suggest otherwise. Appalled by apartheid Australia, Kaire uses his White privileges to procure vital information for Sannah and her group of activists regarding new desert prisons that are to be built to house all political prisoners. The group plans sabotage but needs help, and Kaire is a willing accomplice. But when Sannah turns Truthteller and threatens to reveal the country's true history, even Kaire's White privilege and advanced technology cannot save Sannah and her daughter from retribution.

Book Description
This book explains why the Berean Missionary Baptist Association in Savannah, Georgia has roots in Darien, Georgia. The history reveals God’s hand upon the Berean Missionary Baptist Association through the Divine spark for action in 1899, a major period of social unrest. Also, this book tells how the name, Berean, its leaders, and workers have impacted the community spiritually, socially, and academically throughout history. This impact is due to churches in the Association bonding together for the purpose of bringing God’s Kingdom to fruition. By Kingdom building, readers, Moderators, Deans, Congress workers, Pastors, and members are ignited to serve the present age with hope for a better future. This book is an edited one. The Editors are Emma Jean Hawkins Conyers and Ola Bryan Lewis. Conyers has a Master of Education in English, a retired Spanish and English Instructor, high school and university, a former teacher support specialist, search teacher, and lead teacher. Book Description
Times's Stop in Savannah examines the life and works of poet Conrad Aiken. The literary, spiritual, and psychological development of an often misunderstood figure of modern American literature is revealed in this study. Since Aiken's death, he has gained increasing recognition as an important figure in modern literature. Times's Stop in Savannah shows how Aiken developed his vision of cosmic harmony. The ripe fruit of discovery can be found in his universally acclaimed autobiography Ushant, a work that begins in tragedy and ends in the triumphant vision of ever renewing life.
