Le transfert pharmaceutique réalisé par les CDMO (Contract Development Manufacturing Organisations) est une étape clé dans la commercialisation d'un produit pharmaceutique. Il est nécessaire de sécuriser le passage du développement à l'industrialisation, tant pour le procédé que pour les méthodes de contrôle, pour garantir la qualité du produit. Cette étape est un procédé complexe et critique car la production d'un médicament sur un site différent de celui d'origine nécessite le transfert de données et la coordination entre les deux établissements. Pour cela, les différents services de l'entreprise tels que l'assurance qualité et la production jouent un rôle essentiel. Ce travail présente le transfert industriel d'un nouveau format (1 mL) du médicament « X » sur une ligne de stérilisation finale des formes injectables.Ce format étant le plus petit volume jamais utilisé en production sur le site (format de 5 et 20 mL déjà produits en routine), de nombreuses problématiques qualité ont été identifiées impactant les délais imposés par la société cliente. Les problématiques identifiées (déviations) étaient le sous dosage du principe actif, les dosages en impuretés connues et inconnues non conformes ainsi qu'une variation anormale du pH. La mise en place d'outils de management de la qualité tels que le 5M et le QQOQCCP ont permis la gestion simultanée des 4 déviations ouvertes durant ce projet. Les hypothèses, les actions menées, les résultats et les conclusions liés à ces problématiques ont été présentés à la société cliente à travers un rapport d'investigation final. Les résolutions des déviations ont toutes été validées par le client puis clôturées, amenant in fine à la commercialisation des lots du médicament « X ».
