This booklet contains the new awards and active contracts of the Program of University Research in Fiscal Year 1980. The purpose of the booklet is to disseminate research information to interested parties and potential users. The booklet is divided into three parts: PART I - FY 1979 and 1980 Research Summaries; PART II - FY 1980 Categorial Breakdowns; PART III - Listing of All Contracts in FY 1973 - FY 1980. Part I is intended to assist in the exchange of information between researchers and practitioners, to provide state-of-the-art summaries for potential researchers, and to provide contract applications and status reports for all interested parties. Part III contains information on the Program of University Research during its eight years of existence.
