En la actualidad y de una manera creciente, Europa fomenta y promueve la utilización de subproductos y la valorización del reciclaje. Por otro lado, la propia industria química de commodities en una constante búsqueda de mejores márgenes de beneficios, cada vez más escasos, intenta ampliar el abanico de materias primas más económicas, siempre garantizando la calidad del producto. Tratando a los residuos como un mercado claramente emergente, se realiza este proyecto para afrontar y mejorar los aspectos relacionados con su naturaleza, dando así soluciones a los problemas planteados. Este proyecto trata de la proyección y diseño de una nave industrial, para la actividad de almacén y manipulación de productos de recuperación derivados del cava, bien de uso doméstico o bien industrial. Objetivo: Reciclaje y recuperación de productos, para la obtención de materias no primas y la reducción del impacto ambiental, creando nuevos materiales y reinserción en su ciclo de vida. Método: Como método de trabajo se ha considerado el proyecto como la conjunción de varios aspectos pluridisciplinares, por lo que las temáticas se abordan desde un punto de vista transversal, teniéndolos en cuenta globalmente y relacionándolos unos con otros para lograr un resultado en su conjunto. Resultado: Así que a resultado un proyecto completo con múltiples conceptos. A nivel de proyecto se desarrollan la elección de la ubicación, y a nivel de proyecto básico la cimentación y estructura de la nave, las instalaciones de la planta, así como el proceso productivo del reciclaje. Se tratan temas transversales como el producto, el proceso industrial, ciclo de producción, aplicaciones, descripción de la maquinaria, diseño de planta. Se realiza el presupuesto destinado a la ejecución del proyecto tanto a nivel técnico como estudio económico financiero para garantizar la viabilidad del mismo. Y se realiza un estudio de la licencia ambiental que englobará instalaciones, protección contra incendios, acústica, residuos y el resto de aspectos con impacto ambiental. Conclusión: Se consigue la construcción e implantación de un complejo industrial capaz de asumir las especificaciones marcadas, haciéndolo viable desde un punto de vista pluridisciplinar, considerando y reduciendo el impacto ambiental, y ayudando a la zona escogida al tratamiento de los residuos y suministro de los mismos para su reutilización en el mercado.
