Infidelity has retreated from high places, and has gone into dark corners. I have lately panelled from this place to Christians burg, which is on the6ther side of the Alleghany mountains. I went via Charlottesville, Waynesboro, Staunton, Lexington, Fincastle, Big Lick and Salem. In nearly all that country there is at this time a loud call for the Society's publications.
