La producción de residuos de construcción y demolición ha aumentado como consecuencia del incremento de obras públicas o edificaciones que ha sufrido la ciudad de Buenos Aires en los últimos años. La tendencia al crecimiento de residuos generados por la Ciudad y la desorganización en su gestión es uno de los mayores problemas y retos que afronta la ciudad ante el espacio disponible limitado para la adecuación de estos residuos. Se propone la instala ción de una planta de reciclaje de residuos de construcción y demolición en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Al mismo tiempo de ser una solución factible al problema del aumento de la generación de residuos áridos, es una medida que aporta beneficios. Se establ ece un punto de depósito de este tipo de residuo s en lugar de ser destinados a vertederos. Además, l os áridos reciclados pueden ser utilizados como material de relleno, agregados en hormigón o asfalto y para la formación de capas drenantes. El proyecto se centra en el estudio de las alternativas considerando diferentes criterios para la implantación de la planta de reciclaje. Para cada criterio se han redactado diferentes alternativas que posteriormente son valorad a s mediante el estudio de diversos factore s. Los criterios analizados son la ubicación de la planta en la ciudad, la capacidad de producción para la que será diseñada y la tipología de planta a instalar en función al producto saliente. Seguidamente se realiza un análisis multicriterio que permite orientar la toma de decisiones a partir de varios criterios comunes , proporcionando la solución óptima gracias a la simplificación del problema. Finalmente se describe la solución adoptada mediante el proceso de ejecución de la obra, planos, tablas de me diciones y presupuesto.
