A book marketer recently asked me what genre my new series is, and I had to think for a minute to figure that out. Eventually, I came up with Autobiographical Supernatural Horror. Now, I realize that sounds more like fantasy than reality; but consider this: if your family has monsters in it, and you write about that family, what do you call it?
