La dentisterie adhésive a considérablement modifié les paradigmes en place depuis des décennies en odontologie restauratrice. Le collage est devenu désormais un acte quasi routinier au service de l'économie tissulaire et de la pérennisation de l'organe dentaire. Cette dentisterie adhésive a elle-même évoluée au fil du temps, la chimie des monomères a connu de nombreux progrès : les monomères fonctionnels en sont un exemple avec en particulier le 10-MDP, « chef de file » desdits monomères fonctionnels qui autorise le collage du métal ou des céramiques aux tissus dentaires calcifiés. L'objectif de notre travail est de réaliser une synthèse bibliographique évoquant les intérêts, les indications et applications cliniques de ces matériaux de collage récents, qu'il s'agisse du 10-MDP, de ses dérivés tels que le 6-MHP, 2-MEP et GPDM ou encore du plus ancien 4-META.

Les adhésifs auto-mordançants utilisent un primaire d'adhésion ayant la capacité d'effectuer simultanément, en un seul temps, le mordançage et le conditionnement des substrats dentaires. Cette thèse est une investigation des facteurs pouvant influencer l'adhésion des produits auto-mordançants à l'émail et à la dentine, et offre une analyse de leur performance par comparaison avec des produits de la même filière mais aussi avec ceux de la filière utilisant l'acide phosphorique comme agent de mordançage. The linguistic integration of migrants affects every aspect of settling in a new country (employment, health, etc.). The aim of this collection of texts is to propose a number of specific measures member states can take to help adult migrants become acquainted with the language of the host country. The main focus is on organising language courses that meet migrants’ real communication needs. It is not enough for authorities simply to consider the technical aspects of such courses, they should also design and conduct them in accordance with the fundamental values of the Council of Europe.
