Ce travail est consacré à l'étude des convertisseurs électromécaniques linéaires à induction que l'on peut rencontrer dans la traction ou dans le pompage électromagnétique des métaux liquides. L’adéquation de l'alimentation électrique des convertisseurs linéaires à un effet recherche (pompage, traction ou freinage) est essentielle. Un modèle suffisamment rapide pour se prêter à l'optimisation vis-à-vis de différents critères est développé. La difficulté principale de la modélisation par la méthode des éléments finis réside dans le mouvement de l'induit. Cette difficulté est contournée en introduisant une condition aux limites particulières sur la surface de l'induit (convolution entre le potentiel vecteur et sa dérivée normale), ce qui permet de restreindre les parties numériques de la résolution au domaine fixe. Le modèle est utilisé pour la recherche des alimentations qui optimisent le rendement, la poussée ou bien la force de freinage. On a pu ainsi concevoir des enroulements spécifiques, pour différents modes de fonctionnement et à différentes vitesses, qui autorise un gain appréciable sur le rendement ou sur la poussée ramenée aux pertes joule dans l'inducteur. On a aussi analysé les différents champs de force dans l'induit avant et après optimisation

Recently a new sphere in materials science· has formed which subject is structure and properties of electret materials used in engineering, medicine, biotechnology and other branches. It is characterized by specific methods of experimental investigations based on recording charge transfer, polarization and depolarization of dielectrics and involves original techniques and physico-mathematical aids where notions that exist at the interface of several natural and technical sciences are concentrated. It embraces a vast area of applications mainly in engineering, instrument making, electronics, medical technique, biotechnology, and etc., has a specialized technological base for electric polarization of dielectrics composed of uncommon technological methods, equipment and instrumentation.
