Dentro de las leyes del pensamiento correcto, formuladas por Aristóteles, pensador griego del año 384 a.d.C., la ley de la identidad descuella, a nuestro juicio, como conditio sine qua non, no solo de la producción del conocimiento científico, sino también de su organización. El hecho de que una variable constitutiva de la definición de un concepto no pueda ser diferente por diversos que sean los contextos en los que se emplee, permite la aproximación necesaria al uso estricto de aquel, con independencia de ser cual fuere el área del saber que lo denota. Sin embargo, las ciencias sociales constituyen el suelo más propicio de violación de esta ley, con lo que se admite también la brecha epistemológica en la construcción de las ciencias. De ahí la necesidad de volver una y otra vez al examen de la lógica, por su implicación relevante en el sostenimiento de la plataforma conceptual de las ciencias, en general, y de la problemática de su estructuración, en particular.

Específicamente, nos detuvimos en las leyes de la no contradicción y del tercero excluido en relación con su vulnerabilidad como condición sine qua non en la estimulación de las contradicciones como fuerzas motrices en el desarrollo del pensamiento teórico. A diferencia del estricto cumplimiento de dichas leyes, pensamos que su violación podría generar el desequilibrio cognitivo del estudiante y, en consecuencia, la necesaria motivación hacia la investigación, hecho trascendental para la casa de altos estudios, en la que el aprendizaje del conocimiento científico se constituye en su objeto cardinal. De este modo, el modelo no lógico propuesto podría ser posible para la enseñanza de las ciencias a partir de la adolescencia, edad psicológica susceptible del aprendizaje de conocimientos científicos, de ser la escuela una fuerza motivacional y de orientación en ese justo sentido. In the present article we have dealt with an extremely important topic for the teaching of science, namely the relation of the laws of logic and the structure of scientific knowledge to be learned, predominantly by the student of Higher Education. Specifically, we stopped at the laws of non-contradiction and the excluded third in relation to its vulnerability as a sine qua non condition in the stimulation of contradictions as driving forces in the development of theoretical thinking. Contrary to strict compliance with these laws, we believe that their violation could generate the student's cognitive imbalance and, consequently, the necessary motivation for research, a transcendental fact for the house of high studies, in which the learning of scientific knowledge constitutes in its cardinal object.
