To achieve this young people need to realize that their negative thoughts and habits keeps them in a self-created ego prison molded out of mental bars that keep them in fear of success as a well-rounded adult. It is very hard to change habits and it takes true and continued commitment. It can take up to to several years to truly make the change but it greatly depends on how determined you are to make the change.
