Le stage chez le praticien est une expérience d'apprentissage professionnel primordiale pour les internes de médecine générale. Il s'agit d'une mise en situation pratique réelle sous la supervision d'un médecin généraliste confirmé, accueillant l'interne dans un lieu d'activité empreint de son identité professionnelle. Notre étude s'intéresse à la dynamique de cette rencontre. Il s'agit d'une étude qualitative à partir d'entretiens semi directifs en face à face, réalisés de février à mai 2014, de six Maîtres de Stages Universitaires et sept internes du Languedoc-Roussillon. Grâce à la triangulation des données et à une analyse phénoménopragmatique à l'aide des catégorisations de Pierce en double regard, nous avons mis en évidence des phénomènes dynamisants et pénalisants. L'engagement pédagogique des partis, la considération confraternelle ainsi que le respect des intégrités mutuelles permettent l'amorce d'un cercle vertueux bénéfique au duo. L'utilisation d'une pédagogie concertée et le partage de moments de convivialité concrétisent leur partenariat et la socialisation professionnelle des internes. Pour aider chaque colloque singulier à mettre en œuvre ces mécanismes, nous proposons une charte d'engagement dont les partis deviennent signataires en amont du stage, lors d'une rencontre préliminaire. Cet outil, destiné à signifier à leur partenaire leur investissement et à permettre l'établissement d'un dialogue, est à un stade de prototype. Son évaluation pourrait constituer un travail de thèse. Nous espérons que notre étude permettra aux MSU et aux internes, de les conforter dans leur pratique ou de leur donner des pistes de réflexions pour optimiser leur expérience

La faculté de médecine de Bordeaux 2 nous permet d'acquérir, au travers de notre formation théorique et pratique, une connaissance et une compétence nécessaires à notre exercice futur en médecine générale. Cette thèse souhaite évaluer l'impact du stage chez le praticien sur le résident. Ce travail analyse les variations des réponses de 65 résidents à deux questionnaires similaires, avant et après 4 mois de stage chez le praticien, dans le but de déterminer si le stage a un impact ou non sur la vie professionnelle et personnelle du résident. Ces deux questionnaires ont montré une variation des réponses aussi bien au niveau médical que non médical. De plus notre travail permet une réflexion sur le projet du résident et propose les deux questionnaires comme base de réflexion entre le résident et ses maîtres de stage, au cours du stage chez le praticien. L'ambition de cette discussion étant de permettre une indépendance de réflexion du résident par rapport à son avenir. Le stage chez le praticien peut contribuer à la réussite du résident aussi bien personnelle que professionnelle, en lui permettant d'élaborer très tôt dans sa vie professionnelle un projet tenant compte de ses aspirations personnelles tout en étant en adéquation avec son rôle de soignant.
